隨著我國水利資源的開發應用,近年來大型水電機組不時湧現,大型水輪機轉輪被普遍應用。隨著機組容量的增大,其構造尺寸不時增大,受其制造才能和程度的限制,所需大型轉輪葉片受制于人,全部需求進口。爲此,展開大型轉輪葉片關鍵技術的研討已成爲燃眉之急。
哈爾濱電機廠有限義務公司多年來不斷承當著爲國度制造大型發電機組的任務,所承當的景洪電站水輪機轉輪制造任務,葉片原定由羅馬尼亞進口,因其外方不能按期交貨,哈電決議自行研制,處理受制于人的技術難題。
哈電熱加工事業部接到任務後,立刻組織精幹的技術隊伍投入研制工作。這一任務難度很大,景洪葉片呈“L”型,轉輪直徑爲8.3m,爲巨型機組;最大輪廓尺寸爲4500mm×3300mm,而且易變形。依照請求,葉片加工余量要控制在5~38mm範圍內,加工後的葉片公差僅爲2mm。針對高難度的研制任務,他們設計了三套工藝計劃,找出各個環節的工藝難點,制定了相應的工藝措施。經過多日的努力,勝利研制出5片景洪葉片。經檢測,各項指標均滿足或超越技術請求。近半年來,經過進一步的開發、研制,目前可完成批量消費,創始了我國批量制造巨型水輪機葉片的先河。
