轉塔式母線加工機
■ 用途
● 本机主要加工各种规格的铜、铝母线，用户只要选择相应的加工单元，即可进行母线的冲/剪/折加工。生产效率较高，是高、低压电器制造行业的理想设备。无需更换冲孔模具。
■ 主要特点
● 冲孔单元采用梅花转塔八或四模位,转塔部分为球墨铸铁(单孔使用寿命提高三倍,整体使用寿命提高二十多倍),长、圆孔任意调配，剪切采用大吨位油缸，剪切工件切面垂直，油泵备压减小，使用寿命提高数倍。
● 机器上装有冲/剪/折加工单元，可分别进行母线的冲/剪/折加工。使用本机比使用传统的母线加工设备生产效率明显提高，同时也改善了使用的方便性。
● 每个加工单元的工作行程均可方便地调节，因此可以减少加工时间，提高工作效率。
● 冲/剪加工单元采用立式加工方式，操作灵活方便。剪切采用平刃剪切，剪切加工件平整。
● 折弯单元采用卧式，通过更换模具可完成平弯、立弯的折弯。
● 通过更换模具还可实现多种加工功能，如压花、压平、压电缆接头、 扭麻花等。
● 机器有手动按钮和脚踏开关两种操作方式，操作简单，一般熟练工人可以很容易地使用操作。
